At Groera, every tote bag is hand-painted with care, making each piece truly one of a kind. As our bags are crafted individually, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and customization requests.

Dispatch & Processing Times

• In-stock bags: Dispatched the next working day.
• Made-to-order (out of stock) bags: Please allow up to 5-7 working days for painting and preparation before dispatch.
• Bespoke designs: Timelines depend on the complexity of the design. Once the design is finalized with you, painting and preparation will take approximately 10–15 working days before dispatch.

Important Notes

• All bags are hand-painted individually, so no two will ever be exactly the same — that’s what makes your tote uniquely yours.
• We’ll notify you once your order has been dispatched and provide tracking details where applicable.

UK Standard Delivery is £3.95 but free if you spend over £80.00.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international deliveries are sent via courier tracked service and you will receive a message once your parcel has been dispatched. The standard delivery time for international parcels depends on destination. Shipping cost is dependent on destination.
