At Groera, each polymer clay pendant is handmade with care, making each piece unique. Since our pendants are crafted individually, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and customization requests.
Dispatch & Processing Times

In-stock pendants: Dispatched the next working day.

Made-to-order (out of stock) pendant: Please allow up to 2–3 working days for crafting and preparation before dispatch.

Bespoke designs: Timelines depend on the complexity of the design. Once the design is finalized with you, crafting and preparation will take approximately 7–10 working days before dispatch.

Delivery
UK Standard Delivery is £3.95, but free if you spend over £80.00.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international deliveries are sent via courier tracked service and you will receive a message once your parcel has been dispatched. The standard delivery time for international parcels depends on destination. Shipping cost is dependent on destination.
